What’s new

The latest update adds the ability to double-tap an image within a book to view it in greater detail, and in-book audio and video support has been added.

AppleĀ  claim that there’s ‘substantial performance improvements’ when reading PDFs, and there’s now the ability to look-up definitions to English words inside books without a specified language.

Some bug squashing has gone on too, with an issue that caused some book downloads to not complete properly fixed, as well as some stability and performance improvements.
