Apple reveals the all-time top iPhone and iPad apps

As Apple continues its countdown to the 10 billionth app download, the company has posted up a page revealing its all-time top ten downloads.

The lists are split into four categories: Top Free iPhone Apps, Top Paid iPhones Apps, Top Free iPad Apps, and Top Paid iPhone Apps.

Games totally dominate the paid iPhone downloads, with Doodle Jump bagging the #1 slot, while Facebook is the most popular freebie app, followed by Pandora.

For the iPad, the instant music search and discovery app, Soundhound came top of the paid apps, while Facebook was nowhere to be seen in the top ten free iPad apps, with Pandora claiming the top spot, followed by the Google Mobile App.
