Suitably impressed with the innovation seen in their new Windows Phone 7 series mobile operating system, we’ve been positively ladling the praise on Microsoft today.

Such was our enthusiasm, we decided to sign up for their ‘Backstage’ area to bag some insights into the new technology.

We duly entered our email address, and clicked on the email confirmation link as requested, and then, well, oh dear…

It’s not exactly user friendly stuff, is it, Microsoft?
