		<description>Have you tried using a different USB socket on your computer? I had a similar problem with a USB device and swapping the socket fixed the problem.</description>

		<description>MP3 clip is good playback BUT I can leave it plugged into the computer for hours and only get half charged. 
This is very stressful and I will have to look for some other brand. Any suggestions?</description>
