It’s long been one of the first things we install on any new PC, and the good news for Mac OS X users is that the awesome utility program CCleaner is coming to their platform.

It’s Friday, you’ve probably got a hangover like us, and your PC desktop is a blurry mass of endless icons and shortcuts confusing your Stella-addled mind.
