TalkTalk has emerged as the most complained-about broadband and phone services provider in the UK, according to the latest data from industry regulator Ofcom.
The dubious honour was bestowed on them after the company attracted the most complaints over the period from April to June, 2011, while Virgin Media kept their customers the happiest, attracting the fewest complaints.

If you didn’t already have enough reasons to cut all ties with the toxic brand that is News International/Corp, Virgin Media has made the job easier by offering Sky+ like functionality for its rival Virgin Media TiVo service.

It’s already proved a hit on the iPhone, and now the Sky+ App app is coming to the Android platform.
The Sky+ for Android application lets subscribers with connected Sky+ and Sky+HD boxes dial in recordings from their phone, so if you dashed out of the house and forget to set your box to record an essential production like ‘Cardiff City’s greatest goals,’ you can still set the recording from yur Android handset.

Media mogul Rupert Murdoch has thrown down his expensive leather gauntlet and announced his intention to do battle with the digital music industry, launching the new Sky Songs service next Monday (Oct 19).
The subscription service will enter a market dominated by Apple’s all-conquering iTunes and have to face competition from streaming music upstarts likeĀ such as Spotify and Last.fm, but with Murdoch’s pockets being diamond-mine deep, Sky Songs could well prove a serious contender.
