		<description>I&#039;ve just been reading about CSS3 and how mozilla and webkit browsers play nicely.... then there&#039;s IE (cue swearing). The web works because of standards, when these are ignored or eschewed then end users suffer. Programming for 15% of the mobile web is not working towards a standard. Hey, whatever you think about it as a technology, flash in it&#039;s closed proprietary form is more of a standard.....</description>
