This has been driving us crazy until – ironically – we searched on Twitter to see if others were suffering the same thing, and found the problem is affecting a lot of users.
Not working
At the moment, anyone hoping to change their Twitter profile photo is in for a disappointment because the feature is simply not working – and that’s sure annoying some folks:
All our fixes have failed
We’ve tried uploading the new image as usual but with no luck.
So we tried deleting the old image first, but that made no difference.
And then we tried logging out and in again (nope, nothing) and even went through three different browsers to no avail.
Judging by the traffic on Twitter, it looks like this problem has been going on for some time – hopefully a fix will be coming pronto, but for now y’all are stuck with your current Twitter profile image.
Let’s hope it’s not too embarrassing!
