Yeah, it&#039;s with a contract. The big telecommunications companies over here (Verizon, AT&amp;T, etc.) are now offering cheap netbooks if you sign up for a wireless internet contract to go with them. It&#039;s pretty much the same thing they&#039;ve been doing for ages with phones, but extended to the mobile computer market. You get the hardware cheap, but they lock you into a long and pricey contract.</description>
