Google celebrates Wallace and Gromit

To celebrate Wallace and Gromit’s 20th birthday, a Google ‘doodle’ has appeared featuring the much loved plasticine characters.

The animated stars of the superb ‘The Wrong Trousers’ and ‘A Grand Day Out’ feature films are sat around a table with props cunningly spelling out the word ‘Google.’

It takes a little while to work it all out, with the anglepoise lamp being forming the first letter ‘G’, and an oversized red teapot making up the ‘o.’

Google celebrates Wallace and GromitA magnifying glass forms the next ‘o’ while the letter ‘g’ is cleverly created by Gromit drinking a cup of tea  and holding a spanner, which forms the “l.” The final ‘e’ is a roll of paper.

Clicking on the image takes you to a page of Wallace & Gromit search results, with a link to their official website at the top.
