Now this is handy. UK High Street photo retailer Jessops has just made it easier for their customers to print out photos stored on their smartphones.

The new service lets users connect their phones directly to the in-store photo kiosks via multi-adapters, and then upload the snaps they want printed.

“Printed photos are still the best way to enjoy treasured images but it’s often hard to get your photos from your phone to print,” said Stephen Cochrane, Head of Jessops Photo.

“Now it couldn’t be easier, come into any Jessops store, connect your phone to our photo kiosks using the supplied mobile adapter and we’ll do the rest.”

Jessops also offer other personalised printing options, including the ability to create photo gifts like mouse mats, mugs, a notepad – or create a photo books from smartphone snaps.

This new, in-store service from Jessops comes on top of the company’s existing iPhone and Android apps, which let users order prints directly from their phone.
