Samsung Galaxy Nexus full specs ‘revealed’ – and it’s a beast of a phone

Samsung Nexus Prime gets teased in hideously vague promo video

Tech website BGR claim to have got the inside dirt on one of this year’s most hotly anticipated handsets, the Samsung Galaxy Nexus .

Codenamed the “Nexus Prime,” the Samsung Galaxy Nexus flagship handset looks set to rock a mahoosive 4.65″ screen supporting a generous 1280 x 720-pixel Super AMOLED HD screen with curved glass.

Inside beats a beefy TI OMAP 4460 dual-core Cortex A9 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, backed by 32GB of onboard storage.

It’s a mean mo’fo’

Already looking like a handset that could take the iPhone 4S around the back of the bike shops for a good duffing up, the Nexus packs one more ace in the shape of the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.

If the information turns out to be accurate, then this is going to be one hell of a phone and we’ll be looking forward to the official launch by Samsung and Google will unveil next Tuesday.
