Novel lens cap strap holder claims to be a strapping solution for losing lens caps

One thing that drives us mad is losing a lens cap – and we’ve certainly lost quite a few over the years.

For photographers there’s two options: either put the lens cap in one of your pockets and then go through a self pat-down routine every time you try to remember where you put it, or let it dangle from the camera on a little bit of cord.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-G2 Micro Four Thirds touchscreen camera

Panasonic has flapped out the spec sheets of its new Lumix Micro Four Thirds cameras – the touchscreen DMC-G2 – and we’re rather liking the look of what we’re seeing.

The direct descendant of the trailblazing Lumix G1, the DMC-G2 comes with a 12.1MP Live MOS sensor and shoots 720p video in AVCHD lite, and can lay claim to being the first interchangeable lens system camera with a fold-out touchscreen.
