Set to make your current monitor look like a pie-eating lardbucket is BenQ’s flagship V2220/V2220H which positively insists that it’s the thinnest 21.5-inch monitor in the known universe.
Thinner than a Ryvita biscuit that’s fallen under a steamroller (possibly), the 15mm V2220 LED monitor serves up a ‘class leading’ 10,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio resulting in none-more-blacks.

We’re loving the look of Dell’s stylish new range of super-small desktop PCs, with the Zino HD measuring up at just 7.8in by 7.8in and coming in a range of attractive colours.
The choice of energy efficient single or dual-core AMD Athlon processors means these little fellas should be cheap to run, and there’s options to install up to 8GB of DDR2 memory, with a choice of hard disks ranging from 160GB up to 1TB.

It doesn’t seem that long ago that 24″ TFT monitors were the sole preserve of goatee-wielding designers swivelling on Aeron chairs in stylish studios, but with monitor prices continuing to tumble, there’s never been a better time to move up to a big screen.
Available online for as little as £190, the LG Flatron W2442PA 24″ monitor certainly offers a lot of screen real estate for your buck, serving up a panoramic 1920×1080 pixels in a well finished package.

With its ability to record video and HD audio, Zoom’s Q3 Handy Video recorder looks a great tool for video bloggers, YouTubers, musicians and journalists.

Wirefresh braved the rain and headed out to West London today to take a look at the delights of IP Expo 2009.
Traditionally a meeting point for business high flyers looking to plot out a ubiqitous ‘road map’, today was no exception.
If there’s one thing we walked away with it was the knowledge that the cloud is here and here to stay.
Virtualisation is also being pushed hard for the desktop.
We managed to cram ourselves into a couple of presentations. Simone Brunozzi gave a whirlwind tour of Amazon Web Services security features.

Gizmodo have released more info about Microsoft’s fascinating Courier tablet, with the site showing an internal video showing how the company thinks we’ll use Courier.

The video looks less of a concept piece than the first, with the interface looking smoother, offering a more defined folder system, universal search and multi-page web browsing. Perhaps this is close to the finished thing?

Lenovo have announced the availability of their snazzy new range of IdeaCenter Q110 nettop machines in the States.

Powered by NVIDIA’s Ion platform, the Q110 measures up at just six inches wide, 0.8 inches deep and 6.8 inches high and looks – as we’d say in Wales – well lush, with both the silver and black patterned glossy finishes cutting a considerable dash to our eyes.
Designed to be used in the office, living room or bedroom, the book-sized nettops come with Windows Vista Home Premium 64 installed (or Windows 7 on free upgrade, when it becomes available), with the package offering 2GB of RAM and a 160GB hard drive for $399 (currently around £250).
