TalkTalk has emerged as the most complained-about broadband and phone services provider in the UK, according to the latest data from industry regulator Ofcom.
The dubious honour was bestowed on them after the company attracted the most complaints over the period from April to June, 2011, while Virgin Media kept their customers the happiest, attracting the fewest complaints.

Boy oh boy have T-Mobile made an arse of themselves over this one. On Monday, they decided to unilaterally slash their customers data allowance down to just 500MB a month, a decision which some users were quick to point out was in breach of their contract.

T-Mobile’s announcement that it was going to slash the data allowance on its phones to just 500MB has been met with outrage and shock by its customers – and it now it looks like they might not be able to get away with it.
Our software dev friends at Little Fluffy Toys (LFT) took a close look at their T-Mobile contact and discovered that the data cap was in breach of the company’s own clause 7.2.2.3, and so promptly – and unilaterally – terminated their own contract.
